I don't have a narrative, nor did I "pick and choose." I specifically responded to what was said. The absurdity of this whole thing is incomprehensible.
At least it's words that were actually said, holy hell. Idk why people want to be panicked about fantasies instead of the very real problems he's causing.
I'm not saying I trust him. The original claim was that Trump threatened to invade Canada and go to war with Canada. That claim is untrue. It did not happen. At no point did it happen.
Trump never threatened invasion or war with Canada. He threatened and started a TRADE war over the bs fentynal crisis, but there was never a discussion of military action. Hell, when he was specifically asked if he was considering military action, he responded, "No."
After reading the article, it should still be relatively easy to get one if pharmacies and doctors don't play stupid. It seems like this move is meant to discourage people from even trying to get on or to cause hesitancy among providers in administering it.
Yeah, if someone only ever comes around with misery and sadness, it is very difficult to find their company enjoyable. It can also cause someone to feel used if they aren't receptive to listening to others' struggles. Frankly, if it is that bad, recommending they seek therapy is probably the most helpful thing you could do for them.
This idea that the military "fights for our freedom" needs to die. It's complete horseshit. The last conflict the US military was involved in that could remotely be considered as a defense of Americans (the populace, not the oligarchs) was WW2. Everything since has been neocolonialism and gangster activity. Even prior to WW2, their primary function over their life has been genocide and colonialism. It was the US military that brought the world concentration camps. If there is any hope for Americans, we need to kill the civic religion.
That's wild and seems like a lot of wasted time, effort, and money. If it is really that serious put the onus on the ISPs in their jurisdiction to block it.
It is absolutely barbaric that this is "standard" in the US, particularly because some religious looney tune was obsessed with children's masturbation. I don't care if an adult of "sound mind" chooses to make alterations to their body, but it certainly should not be allowed on children, let alone infants.
I would just ignore this as well. If some foreign government that I have zero ties or interests with sent me fines, they'd go in the trash/spam filter. They have zero ability to enforce them. Wasn't it Russia and Google where Russia claimed Google had to pay some absurd multi-trillion dollar fine that exceeds all of the world currency? Kick rocks.
That's the one strength the US has ever had, immigration. So many inventions and industries exist because of immigrants. Most times it was in the face of rampant descrimination, segregation, violence, and attempts to shut them down or take it from them. It was the only part of the civic religion they indoctrinated us with as children that wasn't complete bullshit.
