Even in IT I find that with each consecutive job that I get, my wage increases while my workload decreases. I’m literally being paid more to do less. I don’t think it’s the same for all these professionals but I feel that once most people reach a certain level, they mentally retire from learning new things.

One of the things I had to learn quick working in IT was when to amiably tell a user to go pound sand. I’m a professional with my own work to do, not your personal assistant.

I’m in Utah and I need a VPN to access porn sites. Even if the nation implements id verification requirements for viewing it, I’ll just set my VPN to Canada or something. It’s stupid
You can go to a right-leaning college and get plenty of right-leaning propaganda to go with it. The thing I was “indoctrinated” in was religious hypocrisy which is why I left in the first place.
I understand that I have a parasocial relationship with the guy seeing that I’ve never actually met him and I’ve been watching his content for well over a decade but the sheer amount of work that he has put into educational content speaks for itself. He and John are also a big part of my journey out of a cult and into acceptance of my queer identity. If anyone deserves praise for helping people learn, it’s Hank and John.
What’s wrong with Hank?

It’s not as much typing and I can still get 128 bits of entropy and I can just as easily memorize it.

He’s made his message clear that he wants more money and Congress certainly has the power to grant that. I don’t think it would stop him from screwing over minorities tho.
People are getting way too weird about this post. Sure, the decision seems kinda flippant but sometimes that’s how life is. It’s also a short comic. I kinda relate as a gay man because when I got married to the love of my life, I felt like it was a permanent decision and I stressed out about it big time. When I talked to my then boyfriend about it, he seemed so unworried about it and made me realize that if we needed to get divorced, it wasn’t the end of the world. We respect each other enough to be able to communicate our needs and work things out. People in the comments here making out like divorce is inherently tragic and should be avoided at all costs. The connection that you have with and individual that you love transcends that.

I’ve been using popos on and off since it came out. I would check out gnome extensions to see if anything sticks out to you as being useful for your use case. I would also go into your settings and update your recovery partition. This is also the place to refresh your PC if you need in the future which has been a must-have for me.

Projection is also a common way for people to deflect blame for societal ills. Religious zealots will ignore and even shield sexual abusers present in their own institutions and divert that animosity to outside groups that make convenient targets. They are ok with the abusers within their walls because they are seeking absolution through religious systems. They are not ok with queer people because they need to scapegoat a group to explain why things don’t seem to be getting better.
