  • I forgot that rt.com, which is literally owned and operated by the Russian government, doesn't put out any propaganda.

  • Corporations get more welfare than humans, but also are allowed to be considered people. How about we overturn Citizens United?

  • This isn't news, it's propaganda.

  • So right now I'm seeing 8 down votes. Do people think this is actually a popular opinion? Or is it like reddit and people don't understand what this sub is?

  • Don't forget that after he shot someone in the face, he made them make a public apology for getting shot in the face.

  • Next he'll say he forgot how many kids he raped with Jeffrey Epstein.

  • Yep it was a test for dementia, and they said he scored perfectly. But it was also said previously that doctors told him he was 6'3" tall (about 190 cm) and weighed 225 pounds (about 102 kg). Both are obviously not true. Anything this administration says is likely a lie.

  • He does have dementia, he thought scoring a 30 was the highest IQ you could have. He might honestly not remember who he's pardoned.

  • Every time I see a headline like this I think, "He's not really...fuck yes he is, it's literally what he's doing!"

  • Looks like the beginning to a Black Mirror episode.

  • The source the sheriff's office used is the truck driver.

The university said they do have some monkeys that are infectious, but none were on this semi trailer.

Sheriff's office didn't think maybe they should corroborate the truck driver's story before telling the news there was aggressive infectious monkeys running around.

  • The truck driver said the monkeys were infected, that's the source for the sheriff's department.

The university they came from said they weren't, but they do have some monkeys that are, but they weren't on this semi trailer.

The truck driver probably knew the university had some infected monkeys, but before saying you "know" something, maybe actually have the facts.

  • The picture they used is a old phone box attached to a pole. It's 1 pair wires attached to the terminals, no one is stripping single pair wires for 1 cent of copper.

  • That's the FDR memorial, not the white house, but the sentiment is the same.

  • The median price of a home in the U.S. is about $460,000.

Let's say by some miracle someone is able to put 20% down to avoid PMI so the cost is now $368,000. On a 7% 30 year loan your monthly payments will be $2,448/month.

So if those darn Gen Z would stop spending $80, literally every day, at Starbucks, they could afford a home.

People that say shit like this are wealthy enough to be completely out of touch with reality.

  • The GoFundMe CEO hopes younger donors, who are often more values-driven, digitally native, and community-oriented, will push giving higher and faster.

He doesn't want the bad situation to get better, just make his company more money.

  • All the merch is created before the games in the U.S. has both teams winning. The merch for the losing team is sent as a "donation" to poorer countries, but it's basically just to get it out of the U.S. because they don't want it being sold here.

  • The opposite of pro-life would be anti-life. When people say they're pro-life they're really only anti-abortion. They don't care if the human dies as long as the fetus isn't aborted.
