Both of these started off pretty decently for me, got me into the series for some reason or another. Then the writing and/or direction actually made the "chore" come out in trying to continue to watch these shows.
I just stopped watching Stranger Things during the 3rd season, maybe episode 3 or 4..? My brain couldn't handle the writing and crazy story any more.
Now I'm watching Voyagers! which is like a Quantum Leap like show. Also watched an episode or 2 of Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. And I almost always seem to watch an episode or 2 of some Star Trek show, and am almost at the end of **DS9 **now.
I uninstalled my Windows 7 box and installed Mint on it recently and it seems to work okay, except there is no sound. I've tried all the troubleshooting stuff I read online, tried switching sound-cards, but no sound. I've got a Debian distro now on my USB, so I'll try that one day.
It won't take long for me to give up on Linux and to just continue to use Win10.
I loved getting that damned smiley-faced flak (secondary fire mode) in the face....made me LMFAO every time, and just brought a smile to my face now ☻. Domination was awesome!
Watching this week:
Almost nearing the end of season 6 of BNN, it's an okay-ish comedy about cops.
I'm only a couple episodes into Silent Witness, a 90's detective/forensics show from Britain that seems, so far, to be pretty well done.
