  • Yeah I totally hear you on the time thing. I think the stuff on Apple Photos should be relatively easy to import to immich and ente just based on a quick skimming of the guides. But like you said, having to find the time is understandable. I wish you luck on your journey to becoming a real linux boi, lol

  • You're getting downvoted for 2 reasons mostly

    1. You said AI, and then did not disclose what "AI" meant. To most, this means environmentally unfriendly, pro-capitalistic LLMs/GenerativeAI. If this is simply an algorithm that takes a couple CPU cycles a Pentium 4 could run, people would've responded (a small tiny bit) better.
    2. As far as we can tell, your app is closed source and proprietary. You only linked to Google Play. Most people on the fediverse are FOSS-enthusiests who only use proprietary when they have to.

    You could've made a great app for all I know. I have no idea, as I dont know anything about your app, or how it works. I hope this is helpful because no one else has commented yet and 14 downvotes (so far) can feel disheartening without knowing why it happened.
