Good old Nekrogoblikon. To people who don't know, they are a goblin-themed death(ish) metal band. Very tongue in cheek, but there's a lot of talent there. One of their slogans is "We're a joke, but that doesn't mean we have to be a bad joke."
This is the follow up video to their first hit "No One Survives" which went viral a million years ago. Even non-metalheads watched it, that's how popular it got. Ever since, music videos have become part of their gimmick, obviously.
Their lead singer left the band a few years ago, which is sad because he had the talent to do all three vocal ranges that you hear. They had to split vocal duties between two people to keep the band going. The plus side to that is that John Goblikon, who used to basically be a mascot, is now the co-frontman, along with Dickie (of Infant Annihilator fame).
If anybody is even slightly into their sound, I would highly recommend seeing them live. Maybe the best show I've been to post-covid. Super high energy performances, excellent banter.
Most people agree that foods given with consent count as vegan, so breast milk would count. A lot of vegans eat honey, for example, because bees aren't harmed in the harvesting process.
I once had to work super late for dumb reasons. I called the security company and told them I'd be working till ten, so don't freak out that the alarm system doesn't get armed. Lady said "Done. Thanks and have a good night!" in a really chipper tone.
Motherfucker I just told you I'm working till 10pm on a Sunday. I'm not gonna have a good night.
It's funny. My introduction to his work was the ending to Wheel Of Time, which I found pretty disappointing. So I avoided his books for a long time. I finally broke down and read Mistborn, and now I've been reading Sanderson stuff almost exclusively for a couple years.
Trollfest puts on such a fucking great show.
