Remember that a few days before the Kirk shooting, right wingers started to push the narrative that being Trans should count as a mental disorder and Trans people shouldn't be allowed to own guns.
Remember that within minutes of the shooting, talking heads (and some officials) started claiming that the shooter was Trans. And when that was disproven, they started claiming that the bullets had Trans messages on them. When that was disproven they dredged up an old roommate who is Trans.
Remember that within hours of the shooting, the FBI pulled down their domestic terrorism stats page.
This is the next target. They're constructing a narrative that Trans people and their allies are dangerous lunatics, and should be the next group rounded up and put in death camps.
Listen. Each and every one of you has a contractual (and moral) obligation to jump through a fucking table. If you need a couple 12-packs for confidence, I'm not one to judge.
