Perfect summary^^ thank you very much.
I was at our Asian couple of days ago but didn't looked specifically for plastic or metall. I only saw a cheap looking wooden set (looked liked colored single-use ones) and wasn't sure, hence this post.
Hey, in advance, I don't have adhd but my significant other and a very close friend have, so I just want to give my 2 cents from the other side.
Don't feel embarrassed or guilty if you didn't message for some period, it's not like you're doing it on purpose.
Don't hesitate to speak out this topic and try to explain that's nothing personal, some might get it some not but it makes contacting them a lot easier.
Some personal advice: I know it's hard to track but try to contact them when you have different moods. Its hard to be polite, understanding and not annoyed if your friend is only contacting you when he/she feels miserable.
Never touched HK but a buddy of mine uses it only. AFAIK HK compatibility is expensive compared to cheap HA integrations.
Even hardware not specifically for HA can be integrated like Tuya products with "local Tuya" so the availability is huge compared to HK.
Getting into HA takes a bit time but it's worth it.
There is an HA app on android and iOS where you can create widgets for all kind off stuff ranging from switches over sensors to scenes and automations. Or you can create multiple dashboards for each kid with their own layout.
Depending on reliability and stability of the local internet and power, you want to have your stuff available. Ranging from documents and photos up to your libary of everything else. Everything has pros and cons and what things you're fine with.
Most of the time, all news are doing the part of "why it's bad to rely on big corp"...
Explain why you care about it, usually if the people trust you, they will share your opinion
So a dumb question: last email stated, if there be any changes in costs, they will notify me 60 days prior but I still haven't got anything from M$...
Aren't they running head first into an giant lawsuit in Europe?
Still going to cancel the subscription though
I checked the named YouTube channel a few minutes after the first comment about this topic popped up and it didn't have any recent upload, only older ones about other games... So yeah... Just my 2 cents, but the whole post was really suspicious.
Edit: I still wish you good luck with the game and hope your goals will met
1,5 years back I ordered a Gamesir T4 Kaleid.
It's a Xbox style controller without batteries but with hall effect joysticks, mechanical buttons, gyro, hair trigger (without lock), 2 mappable back buttons and a pretty nice design IMO. Haven't played a ton but easily 300hours + over the time without any issues.
