Funny thing I noticed, I can't see where the Saved post list is on web-based Piefed under my profile. But I can see it in Voyager. Not sure what I'm missing.
Yes, this is how it worked on Reddit as well. To me, this isn’t exactly private information. It’s a collection of already public posts. But that’s just my opinion.
I’ve bought a lot of cables and chargers from AliExpress over the last 10 years. No issues.
Typically, what I get on there is either low cost accessories that are fine to be generic or they are highly unique items that I can’t find anywhere else (usually very specific replacement parts).
In either case, I always take the approach of “would I feel like I got screwed if this item doesn’t work out well?” And the answer is usually no because it’s like $2-5.
If the price is higher and I have concerns about the quality, I head over to Amazon and read the reviews because the exact same item is almost certainly there as well.
The buyer protection is pretty reliable for missing, broken in transit, and/or inaccurate items. I’ve only had one case over the years where a refund was denied.
I know it may not have checked all the boxes for comic fans but it was a great movie with great characters and atmosphere.
I’ve thought about this several times since its release. Apparently I’m not the only one. Keanu was asked a similar question last year but about his own catalogue and he said the same thing, he wishes there had been a sequel.
A few months after that, I think I read a sequel might be coming.
Wayward Pines. Great concept but then they basically explained everything in a handful of episodes and took the whole mystery out of it. Also, some of the acting was terrible.
In some ways, Silo is its spiritual successor but without
monsters.
It corrects for those mistakes and sustains the mystery.
Another one I’d like to see redone or relaunched, West World. Incredible first season. Nothing left in the writer’s tank after that. That first season was so good though that I don’t think it can be rebooted.
Long shot but it could be a sign of iron deficiency. Eating, smelling and licking odd things like paper, erasers, I’ve heard of these associations. I even read about a woman who would spend her lunch hour smelling the concrete in the stairwell. Turned out to be iron deficiency.
Karl Poppa?
