On Hyprland I have all my windows float & stack by default. I use Hyprland since it can be easily customized with dotfiles.

Neither AtlasOS or Privacy+ use repackaged ISOs, they distribute programs called playbooks which are installed after setting up Windows from a regular ISO. They’re both open source.
