i have some tips as someone who eats for the dopamine hit a lot but you kinda need to like, stick to these things… i stopped sticking to it cos mental health problems and the 50 or so lbs i lost came right back
also i personally dont really get hunger signals until im starving and about to pass out, so i always try to eat at a scheduled time
ah yes, the economically efficient method of requiring every person to own an expensive and huge steel death machine, then having them all drive to the same location separately
