  • Thats a lot of info, which is always nice! The one time in tried to get help in my adult life i was profiled as a drug seeker and they prescribed me Strattera which I didn't even bother getting. Im honestly just considering getting adderal through less legal means i feel like it would be easier than dealing with the health"care" industry. I also don't like the idea of being dependent on medications, and I'm not really susceptible to addiction.

    Is it ok to just take it as needed a couple times a week? Sometimes I just cant manage my ADD at work and I get behind then stuff starts piling up and then I get anxious and depressed which just makes it worse. Working from home has been hell on my work productivity I miss the office where I could just be in the zone (literally).

  • A gimlet, an old fashioned cocktail that a lot of bartenders have never even heard of before. Its a fun litmus test of the knowledge and skill of the bartender, and really tasty and refreshing if made right.

    Its just gin and lime syrup, about a 2 or 3 to 1 ratio, shaken with with lots of ice and served neat.

  • In my first programming job, I would actually do code reviews by pausing my own work, pulling their branch and building it locally, then using debug mode to step through every changed or added line of code looking for bugs, unaccounted for edge cases, and code quality issues.

    ...I dont do that anymore, I now go "looks good to me" even on 10 line reviews.
