  • I am sure there are bigger fans than me, but I have played and enjoyed all the Half Lifes and expansions up to this one. I love a good cinematic game. I have also enjoyed a number of Half Life mods over the years; They Hunger was a great zombie-themed campaign for the original Half Life, with more story and cinema than most hobbyist creations.

  • I have heard nothing but good things about the game, though I have not tried it. But somehow I feel put off at the idea of milking a sequel from the original when its narrative ended so perfectly. I can't argue that it is a correct or reasonable reaction, just a gut feeling. Someday I should play the sequel, if just to see how that feeling changes.
