They already exist though look into a brand like cottonelle.
They can make what looks like plastic carrier bags that dissolve in water now so the manufacturers could I suspect make dissolvable wipes but will probably only do it when forced by law.
I’m aware there are maybe one or two brands that already do this (or claim to at least) but they all need to be doing it.

That’s something I’m sure would become clearer with questioning whether it’s Putin, vance or someone else.
Someone attempted bully me once and I beat then half to death with a primary school chair, ironically their parents came round to my place complaining to my parents despite them being the class bully.
I wasn’t the bully I’m quite shy but I just wasn’t having it, they tried to bully me and got wrecked for the attempt and quite a few others then followed that pattern.

I’m N Irish so I think he’d get I was serious and start talking almost immediately due to the accent and the various drills/saws scattered around. I have a lot of emulators on mine I recommend lemuroid as a gateway app it does most older systems and many of the arcade machines of my youth. Assuming you legally own the roms of course.
I find a cheap Bluetooth controller works a lot better than the touchscreen though.
