It needs a completely new political system, full stop.
Absolutely!
The propaganda is so deep that it may take decades more deterioration before we even get to that point.
Nope. Just getting people to wake up from the dream state is not enough to facilitate change.
To get a new political system, the framework of a new one has to be ready to replace it. You cannot just stop capitalism and expect everyone to reach enlightenment and go forth into the future. You'll just have collapse and the rise of warlords as seen in every country that the US has destabilised beyond a certain point.
As for seeing through the propaganda, all it takes is instability, a removed in the armour of the establishment, for it all too come tumbling down and we are currently in a moment of instability.
Trumps regime is not fully in control, they are running around making contingency plans because the orange emperors health is failing and the daily revelations of things like Epstein emails is chipping away at the facade. Even republicans are calling for the full release of the files!
The party is not a united body.
The grass roots support is seafront as people can see that none of his promises have materialised: Prices are higher, so is unemployment, the economy is in recession and despite his blathering, nothing is trickling down to those red cap wearing poor folk but corporate profits are at a record high!
People can't live on vapours and they'll soon come down from the high.
If it increases accessibility for those with additional requirements then great but we know that's not even in its top 10 reasons for being implemented
The whole left/right axis is stupid anyway because it's simply if someone is pro-capitalist/pro-establishment or not.
Having a slightly different opinion about how to spend the crumbs that spill from the elites table is just a waste of time and energy, and ultimately distracts from the real issues.
There are some that still give Israel the benefit of the doubt and showing that a humanitarian flotilla trying to deliver aid are kidnapped in international waters, strips away that.
Israel has, and will always be a piece of shit and definitely revel in it, but those who stand on the sidelines with their "two sides" arguments are now shown that they are morally complicit
It feels a bit like how Reddit was prior to the digg exodus when overnight pun & lyric threads, ascii art and terminally shit one word responses appeared.
There is the awareness to the benefit of building slowly will bring, rather than having a an uncontrolled mass exodus, that risks little to no integration to the current curated culture.

You can see who the mods are and a mod log and currently, people are giving time to grow the communities rather than welding power.

It's not the same stories getting posted by karma farmers or by bots. It's more curated.
So the deal is that Palestinian hostages will be released but with no press, no fanfare, nothing but Israeli ones are the opposite and guess what the complicit western media will be filling their pages with?
And if you paid any attention to those reports, you would know that the vast majority are where those people have been critical of the UK or other govts actions, especially surrounding Palestine and none have gone further with the exception of Asa Winstanley. The only reason the police have visited those people is because zionist like complaining about nothing until they get their own way.
The one that the commentor here was responding to was a clear case of inciting violence. The same with people like the constantly crashing out Graham Lineham, who was arrested by police because he was inciting violence against a protected class.
So while the UK govt is infringing on peoples free speech, its not the ones who are getting all the publicity. Theyre just a bunch of whining fuckwits who want to be able to threaten people without consequence.
Please do try to keep abreast of the situation rather than stomping in with big boots and looking like a fucking idiot.
As they say
