The caveats came about because developers were putting apartment blocks next to live music venues, then the occupants were cracking the shits at live music and filing for disturbing quiet enjoyment. A couple of places were badly impacted, then we collectively realised this was fucking stupid and now the onus is on the developer / newly arrived resident, not the pre-existing function

    We use cane sugar in au because we've got it fckn everywhere, but some countries use beet and Japan and Argentina use a weird hybrid of sugar and hfcs
