  • I didn't get a DE razor until I was in my late 30's. Gutted that it took me so long. I never really liked electric shavers so used your average Gillette razor and suffered from irritation up until I switched. DE razors are cheaper (in the long run) and easily a better shave. Not to mention no irritation.

I'd say DE Razors are one of my life pro tips. It's a shame the large majority of nations use the traditional safety razor but then marketing and advertising has worked it's magic.

  • I purchased a new domain just for creating aliases with SimpleLogin. I have over 300 email aliases now. If any start spamming I simply delete the alias. Also if I get unrelated emails I know exactly which website leaked or sold my email address.

  • I'm not answering the question directly, but I'm a large family and having the TV with no streaming services just won't fly with my family members. I pay for NextDNS, which includes this filter, but if you run a PiHole or AdGuard this is a good filter for Smart TV's...

  • Proton owns SimpleLogin

  • I use Bitwarden with SimpleLogin.

  • That is an important fix. I'm surprised this wasn't found before 6 even released.

It's similar to an issue I have on Plasma 5 where if I am playing a game with a game pad, the screen would go off due to inactivity. It's a known old bug. I wish they would fix it.

Oh here it is. Only 11 years old...

  • As.someone who only used a couple of tabs open and even then upon restart of Firefox only has one tab open, this seems like a feature I wouldn't really use?

  • I'm sure it will come. The first time I drank from one of these I was confused and thought my cap had a manufacturing defect so pulled it off. It was only afterwards that I saw on the packaging what it was.

  • I just use nginx in docker. It runs from a Pi4 so needs to be lightweight. I'm sure there are lighter httpd servers to use, but it works for me. I also run nginx proxy manager to create a reverse proxy and to manage the certificate renewal that comes from Let's Encrypt.

  • Regardless of what you or others are doing my point is still valid in that ebikes are legally restricted to 15 mph.

  • My cat loves cheese

  • So am I and legal ebikes stop providing electrical assistance at 15mph. Bikes that are above this have been modified and are illegal.

  • Ebikes are restricted to 25 kph (15 mph) in Europe.

  • EBikes are awesome. I live in a hilly area where riding is tough. EBikes allows people of all ages and abilities to get out. Even with the assistance you still burn calories... as long as it's assisted peddling and not the illegal bikes I see delivery guys riding.

I ride road bikes but when I get older and less capable I'll certainly invest in an ebike.

  • This is why I gave up self hosting. It's great when it works but it just becomes an expensive second job. I still have Plex/Jellyfin etc but for emails and password vaults I just pay for external services.

  • I actually prefer Chrome over Firefox. But fuck Google and fuck Chrome.

I'm happier since leaving Chrome and Google for Firefox and DuckDuckGo. I no longer have to use Incognito to do regular searches to prevent seeing that search as a recommendation in feeds and videos.

  • Last time I mentioned it someone posted the bug report for it (KDE). It was like 5 years old or something

  • I like Plasma but the bug where the OS goes to sleep when using a joypad is pretty frustrating. It's an old bug now too.

  • It's been that long? Wow.
