  • A law passed by Congress and signed by the president. Is higher than what a judge gives a verdict on. Period. A judge interprets the law, a law is what they interpret and not just something they make up...stop acting like a law is just, meh, it's just a law...we need a judge to really tell us what it means.

  • I guess, the thing that annoyed me the most was all the kids who get these on loans and then wonder why none of the OG guys buy them, and call them BMWs...or they pull some "toyota totally took this apart and made it their own"... no no they didn't, no company is gonna spend money on R&D for something that's already built for them.   • Lol no they did not. People carried firearms openly since the beginning of our nation. They didn't magically just start doing this. There is a reason they called the colt the pistol that won the west, and there is a reason we literally gained our independence using mostly privately owned firearms. There wasn't really big laws until around 1934 for the NFA. Which is during prohibition.

    Owning firearms has been an non issue for well over a century prior to the NFA.
