An invincible wolf man, who is like a wolf in every regard save for the fact that he can fly.

  • I suppose it certainly worked if Trump has orchestrated his cancellation. Either way, I'm sure Colbert will move onto something better with more creative liberties and no network breathing down his neck. Guys like him usually land on their feet.

  • Yeah, I seem to be in the clear minority here with my annoyance.

  • Now canceling the show mid-story by Season 2 will be cheaper than ever!

  • Guy pops up on Jumbotron, looks horrified cause he knew he was cheating

    Hate when that happens. 😓

  • Man, spikes at the bottom of a narrow pit were a huge problem back during the retro to mid-'90s gaming days. You just don't encounter them much anymore. It's as though an entire industry just dried up overnight. Bad time to be a spikesmith.

  • Barely relevant, but this helped my daughter's vocabulary explode between ages 2-3. Repeating back sentences showed not only that we were listening and engaged, but incorrect words and/or pronunciation would be corrected and filtered back in the process.

I inadvertently do this with my Ukranian (refugees) staff members as well, and it does a lot for communication both ways. Especially for the one who is struggling with English more than the other.

  • I like Colbert as a person/comedian, but I don't know how people kept tuning in for years to hear that shitty fucking Trump impression night after night.

  • Congrats! I would be embarrassed to admit just how many long-distance online relationships I had in my teens and 20s if I hadn't up and married the most recent one. It can absolutely work if you're in it for each other. Don't let the stigma get you down.

  • Damn it.. I was really looking forward to Brother Mother Buttfucker 2.

  • "Touch grass" and "rent free" are the most overused phrases on the internet. Rent Free always gives me the impression that the user has recently been the victim of the phrase themself, and have now started throwing it around at others at every possible opportunity.

  • Reading Sanderson is like reading an instruction manual. It is certainly words, and it sure has some information, but that's about where the experience ends. It doesn't exactly light up the imagination.

Dude can write an entire book and you come out of it unclear as to whether or not there are any trees in that world. Could have just as easily taken place on a slice of cheese.

  • Probably feels great but will leave you oozing.

  • I have a neighbor two blocks down who has a garden/orchard setup in their front yard. Within it are several motion-detecting sprinklers, likely intended to ward off the huge number of jackrabbits that inhabit our city. But their single most prominent function is scaring the absolute fucking shit out of me every morning on my walk to work.

  • ... reply pls

  • I've always said that people who think cats are simple or ratty/skittish creatures have never laid with a loving cat on their chest. There are few deeper connections that a good owner and a well-loved cat. They are exceptionally bright animals.

  • Frustrating if true, since I've heard several people float the same conspiracy while shopping in my store, despite this not being something that we do. The price of meat (at least in Canada) has just risen to absurdities post-pandemic. I don't even buy it anymore.

  • 'I'm not a big fan of the grind. Can you fundamentally change the way experience works to accommodate my personal preferences?"

  • I just want to see reporters hound him with questions beginning with, "So when you raped those kids..."
