    See, I would argue this way: If you make an App with a certain ease of use and all the features YOU like, you got a good start.

    Quality and dedication will get noticed. Your App and some more customization or polishing- so just a small leap - might just skyrocket.

    I will definitely check out your app and progress over time.

    Less moveable/mechanical parts, more electronics…

    The margins lay in combustion engines in oversized fat SUV starting at 50.000€ , and they want to keep that cash cow alive.

  • Sadly margins are lower and they need to buy the costly components (batteries) and the resources for motors (rare earth minerals) in China.

    They didn’t diversify the supply chain in time and didn’t react when China was contracting all mineral sources in Africa. Now they are on a Chinese lifeline for EVs.

    There are some approaches to recycle batteries for rare earths and to construct motors without rare earth, but until then the worth is creates elsewhere.

  • I use Strongbox Pro since years on iPhone, iPad and macOS.

    It is really, really great and surpasses any other Keepass UI I know. The shared file follows the keepass spec and can be shared with different services (iCloud, ...) between your devices.

    You can also (though some don't recommend it) also use it as 2FA authenticator and if you are a developer store your SSH keys in the container.

    The only downside are shared password containers. You need to have a container available to everyone and share a common password.
