  • Just jumping in to encourage all who are able to not forget to stand up and stretch every now and again, and if it is difficult to remember to do only as much as you can, and if you're persistent you'll get there.

    Eat your veggies and get a healthy amount of sleep and sunlight by walking outside. Not only is it good for your heart, but allows you to build connections with your environment and community, helping you build those connections that make your mind, body, spirit, and political capability strong.
