Don’t vote for Trump, democrats and liberals and progressives need to stop shooting themselves in the foot saying this. Don’t encourage people to vote for Trump for any reason.

The mailing errors are not with the post office, they’re with the county board of elections.
But also, Fuck DeJoy
No, we don’t know how many were not delivered. What we do know is the county is making simple mistakes that’s resulted in a 15 point drop in returns.
Across the state 2/3 of people who’ve requested a mail ballot have recieved and returned them. In this county on 52% have, with known mailing errors.
How far are they going to push it. The background color is #FFFFFF but the ad label is a clearly distinct #FFFFFE
I thought ad labeling was required wtf
As someone who was bitten by a racoon, back when the rabies shot was an enormous needle to the stomach, just because I opened my dumpster to throw a bag of trash in.
Fuck Racoons.
I’m just concerned. MAGA is going to ratfuck this election, wherever they think they can get away with it, and I’m just concerned that democrats are voting in easy to identify patterns that can be targeted.
Republicans who’ve been mobilizing to challenge ballots and election outcomes for months. Who have for years, been unashamed, to target and diminish democratic voting power. Who seem all but ready to destroy democracy and install Donald Trump as king.
My concern with early voting is it’ll make it easier for them to target democratic voters, especially if the numbers are that skewed.
You mean the thing we’ve been able to do with emulators on computers for 15 years
At what point do we assume Trump ate a dog, he’s all projection. We know several of his political allies have killed dogs, because they could.
Generally the pipes inside your home and the service line (from the property line to your house) are your responsibility. So I would assume this is for Municipality owned pipes.
My city is currently having residents report to the city what thier service line is made of, by having us make assessment following thier instructions and sending pictures of the water line connected to the water shutoff valve. While they’re not currently replacing them for us, they are helping residents connect with reputable plumbers.
I’m hoping quote posts don’t result in more toxic twitter-like discourse. It’s one of the things I like about mastodon.
This read and feels like right wing propaganda, describing antifa as a violent terrorist group who claims responsibility for riots is almost funny.
A cursory search only brought up this same article copy-pasted to 4 different websites starting in June, and zero other mentions anywhere else of topic outside links to those 4 articles.
I just tried updating my computer to Mint 22 and because I did a lot of tweaking to get VR running well it ended up uninstalling x11. I restored to backup and am now considering just doing a fresh install when 21 loses support instead lol.
Don’t worry. Fema will run out of money before the end of hurricane season and Christian Nationalist Mike Johnson has refused to hold any votes giving it additional funding until after the election.
Democrats need to be pushing this out into the public consciousness hard, so when Fema does run out of money and people in dire need can’t get help, they know who to blame.
Why is the president commenting about it to the news? And why is the President helping escalate to an even wider war?
If the point was to limit the spread of conflict, I can’t imagine the US joining Isreal in opening more war-fronts will accomplish that goal.
I think that’s an unhelpful narrative. I think a better narrative is people who needed help and got it, improved their community.
The residents of Springfield have needed help for a long time and haven’t gotten nearly enough and that’s why things hadn’t gotten better until now. The immigrants who have arrived and improved things are people who got the help they needed.
… why. Just why.
I also would love to see a culture of voting. And I think getting people to vote is great, what I am specifically trying to critique is giving expressed permission to vote for Trump, I feel it undermines the truth that he is a danger to Democracy and the world by saying you don’t actually care who they vote for.
