From what little folks have been saying about the classified briefings, there is no plan. There is no Iran war goal, there was no thought about consequences. It's all just an orange guy saying random shit so he can get paid.
Nixon didn't actually get into anything in the middle East. He armed up Israel and put our troops on alert, but didn't get into any shooting. Granted, that's because he was busy with atrocities in the far East. So it's more just a case that he was already busy.
They honestly don't get it most of the time. It's an honestly horrifying the lack of comprehension of any art form that uses nuance of any sort. It'd like a face blind person that can't recognize their own spouse until they speak, level of unaware.
Other countries have examined the satellite pics of the attack and all have agreed it was a precision bomb strike. Every target was intentionally hit and the entire target was destroyed. Most likely as part of trying to destroy the military compound next door that was separated from the school a decade ago. The targeting data wasn't updated with that information.
Asking if you trust the government is a stupid loaded question. No one trusts the government. You don't trust a loaded gun, but it's the best tool to have in your hand if someone's trying to kill you. Government isn't something you trust, it's a tool that might be the best for some jobs.
Probably around $150 worth of copper there, but you'll have to spend about twice that to get it because it comes in a larger size you'll have to cut down.
