  • I admit I haven’t looked at the price details as I already own Clair Obscur.

    But ReFantazio is in my whishlist so I’ll check if it is 50% off outside of the bundle.

    Edit: it seems to be the case, as seen from my own Steam store. I’ll probably buy it tomorrow as I want to play this game since it came out.

    I have a better job with low hours for more money but still have to be cautious about costs. They have several houses with a garden that I can only dream about.

    They have a retirement plan that I can only dream about and an happy life while I’m ok-ish but depressive.

    But I have 10Gbs fiber optic internet and a NAS+Seedbox so there’s that.

    Non je ne sais pas, mais j'imagine qu'il faut regarder du coté des distributions où c'est par défaut, donc pas de Denuvan https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenRC Dans cette liste je partirai sur Gentoo mais seulement car ça a été ma toute première distrib, je sais pas ce que ça raconte aujourd'hui.

  • Je pense aussi, ils font justement parti de ces gens qui acceptent de publier/présenter/envoyer de la mauvaise qualité. C'est possiblement une stratégie et je peux le comprendre, mais je refuse de le faire.

  • J’ai fait les mêmes expériences avec text-generation gui et des modèles 70 et 36B gguf. (J’ai une 4090 ou un processeur avec npu sur l’autre machine)

    Mon truc c’est plutôt la littérature donc je voulais voir si j’arrivais à générer du low-effort ok-tiers pour faire de la masse (20books to 50k).

    Par ok-tiers je veux dire quelque chose généré par llm avec un contexte de 8192 (assez pour un chapitre) puis retravaillé à la main car il est moralement hors de question de produire de la merde, low effort oui, 💩 non.

    Bah c’est nul, obtenir un résultat utile demande un gros effort de contexte, resumé et fiches personnages ainsi qu’une attention constante pour bien diriger le bousin.

    Sachant que derrière faut relire et réécrire à la main c’est plus rapide de juste écrire pour directement avoir une qualité moyenne à bonne.

    TLPL: Ça sert à rien sauf prendre des gigas sur mon disque.

  • Indeed, communities like the ones from Star Trek or Star Wars are sometimes very vocal and some people starts insulting actors behind the cover of anonymity. That’s the fracking twitter effect.

    What i mean is just if you don’t like it just move on with your life and don’t insult or attack people on internet. Maybe the next serie/film will be better (we went from DIS and Picard to SNW. SNW would not have existed without DIS so I’m glad for that overpowered Crossfield-class and its captains)

    Joke aside, Infomaniak is good, with green datacenter (no AC) that uses their heat for the Geneva hot water network.

    But it is not the best from a price point of view. The neighbours do better on that point, France with OVH is difficult to battle against but Infomaniak brings the K suite and stuff for a "low" price point (low for CH/LI, not low for the rest of Europe)

    PS: There are 7 datacenter but I believe they are hosting corporate stuff, so dedicated and bare metal hosting. Not individuals cheaper VPS. But I might be wrong https://www.datacentermap.com/liechtenstein/vaduz/

    It’s so sad they never made the second one and the other games that somewhat look alike are, meh…

  • Tbh Starfleet Academy makes a U turn on that decision the minute after, explaining that because of the war/burn they were jerks but they regret it and try to make amends bla bla bla.

    Academy gave me this utopia feeling, but in 2026 it made me more depressed than hopeful as I finally realized that I will never find a Starfleet Academy on our world, aka a bunch of peoples working together to make humanity better whatever if their skin is pink or they believe in the giant flying spaghetti monster.
