  • I don't recall saying anything about even attempting to change his behaviour, anyone with half a brain knows that's a lost cause. The point is being a thorn in his side. He clearly cares or he wouldn't invest the time and money into these games.

  • This goes against the TOS for both games. If you play either, I highly recommend flooding them with reports on that. It would be great to see him banned. He'll probably just set up a new account and start again, but it'll cost him and you know he'll keep cheating so you can just rinse and repeat.

  • No one outside your union can tell you specifically how or why they bargained a certain way. You should get involved more with your union and ask them these questions instead of posting here. Every union is different and they're obligated to explain these things to any member who asks. If any of it discourages you, then it is up to you to educate other members on why you think that's wrong and help get them organized for the next round of bargaining. A union is only as good as its active members.

    If your Canadian union isn't working for you and the above doesn't help, then you file a DFR report with the labour board. Even mentioning DFR (duty of fair representation) should get you service if the union is being adversarial.

  • Not sure about a decrease, but you can easily get it fully refunded if they fuck up. I tip really well because I used to be a food courier myself. Every few months some idiot delivers my pizza upside down or leaves my order outside my building and I get my tip refunded with ease. I have no idea if that money is refunded from the dasher's pay though.
