  • Sadly mate, I sorry to say that I can't see any of them being the answer. Therein lies the problem... I don't feel that when I vote, it's picking the best options, it's about picking the least terrible and "gaming it" so that the worst option don't get it.

  • hahaha I love how ass hat CxOs VPxs still believe that people at a desk in an office means work gets done.... lol. I see people at their desks still achieving diddly squat.

  • Fancy that? Don't you love it when your work treat you like...wait for it... an Adult. Rewarded accordingly, help accountable accordingly. Who'd 've thought! 🤔

  • Having experience with different brands and models of 3D printed saddles, in my experience this is just hype. The only thing I did find is that they make your bibs wear out quicker. I went back to my pre-3D printed saddles. The theory is great, but in practice; nope.

I think we forget that the bicycle industry have to keep inventing new gimmicks all the time to drive sales. I see the latest "trend" is going back to aero frames and ditching the do-it-all theory. Somehow all the claims are always "backed by science", yet never cited by a double blind, peer reviewed, significant sample size study.

Bit of a rant but you get the drift... snake oil, baby!

  • You voted for this... don't cry now!!!

When are people going to learn that the business of politics in not about the people... it's about staying in power and getting into power. There are no statesmen left in the world.

  • Big corporate just siphon money to another country and rich executives. Supporting local business, means the money stay local and they spend it back in the same community that spent it on them.

Plus the Star Bucks coffee is shit.

  • 'cause the UCI are dickheads and want to live in 19..f@#k!ng..10. Let fixate on sock height, frame weight, aero tuck and shifter angles, but ignore road furniture, dickhead crowds assaulting riders and fine riders when the organisers cant organise (looking at you Vuelta)

  • Nope! Nope, nope, nope... errrr NOPE!

  • If you are serious about training, Training Peaks is probably a great alternative. Strava is the Facebook of activity apps so not really great if you're committed. There is a free plan for TP, but I'm not sure what the limitations are... I pay for it and can track the history of the key metric that matter to me such Power, Heart Rate, Training Zones, Freshness, Power bands etc. There are a LOT of analytical graphs to provide insights into your progress. The key is the more data you collect, the more value there is. i.e. Sleep tracking, weight, HRV, cadence etc.

  • What! No try, catch ()?

  • From experience, most GF beers taste like 5h!t and don't match the G version. I've given up on GF Beers and switched out to Cider, Red Wine and Whiskey... It's just one of those things, no sub for the real thing. Maybe in time it will change but for now... meh.
