  • I look at the nfl community here. It really only gets a handful of posts on Sunday and that's it. It blows my mind that there isn't more engagement

  • We know

  • I know someone in corporate McDonalds. They were pissed the instant they found out. They have a saying internally, "were not red or blue, were golden." They intentionally don't take political stances. This franchise owner acted without corporate blessing, and if I had to guess, that message was intentionally not passed up the chain.

  • I know someone who works in corporate McDonalds and the whole organization is pissed. Corporate didn't bless this. They have an internal saying, "were not red or blue, were golden." Meaning they stay out of politics. They don't want to be anywhere near this shit

  • But just because you vote doesn't mean you take the poll. You can easily walk past or say no. It's still a poll, yes it's taken at an election facility, but it is not the same data set as the actual votes

  • In your example tho, you want those numbers to stand out. The reason the affair was busy, was because of the numbers. You want the numbers to jump out, because that's the important detail.

  • This is how all my work documentation is. There are "shoulds" and "shalls" in our processes. If you don't do a "should," you just need to have a good reason why not. If you don't do a "shall," you need a blessing from the person who owns the process, and someone else needs to agree that they accept all risk associated with not doing it, and they literally have to put their name next to it. It's a big deal, as it should be, because most of those "shalls" are there for safety

  • I admittedly didn't watch it, but wasn't he playing ave Maria? That's gotta be public domain

  • "Go to college and get a good education!"

goes to college, gets educated in class and from people from all over who aren't like me. Realize different people have different needs

"College is a liberal brain wash machine!"

  • You've got a user name only a mother could love

  • You too remember when that girl told you that you had good, healthy finger nails in 2012?

  • One of my coworkers is a story of a single bike accident. He was riding uphill on a road when his front fork broke. He went over the handle bars and head/face first into the ground. He had his helmet on, and was still knocked out. He was found in the drainage ditch on the side of the road after he was reported missing.

He has no long term damage today, but that certainly wouldn't be the case if he wasn't wearing a helmet

  • I assumed this chart is from hospital data, which does care about age

  • But im guessing your family member will still vote for him. It doesn't matter how enthusiastically he casts the ballot, a votes a vote

  • Does this include american football games?

  • How does one get access to said manifesto without immediately being put on an FBI watch list?

  • Sorry I should have clarified. I refer to the trunk thats in front of my couch that has shit on and in it as a coffee table

  • So uh... the pair of channel locks I keep on my coffee table... Am I poor or an alcoholic?

  • You can tell that one's sarcasm because they wouldn't call their opponent ANTIFAscist and fascist. They could possibly be that hypocritical... right?
