My previous account was @dumblederp@aussie.zone I left it because Rowling has turned out to be a pretty shitty person and I don't want the association.

Mostly I'm just here for idle friendly conversation over shared interests.

I can get caught up in my own stubbornness on some topics.

  • I've gone back to Overwatch now that 6v6 is getting enough players in Australia.

    I kind of regret Arc Raiders, I joined because I heard there was Aggression Based Match Making, which there seemed to be the case for the first hundred hours or so. That appears to have been turned off in the last week and I'm just not interested in playing with sweaty Tarkov style players shooting me in the back, nor having to re-craft all my gear every time I get killed.

  • I stopped talking to my father because he didn't pass on a portion of the inheritance like my grandparents intended. He's a piece of shit in many ways that I was accustomed to but that broke the relationship for me.

  • I don't think we're a big enough community to support it. The frugal and gardening communities championed by @melbabouttown barely see any action. I think most of it can be put into this community until it needs some division.
