I put about 10 hours into the game. I think the way hits and getting hit feels. It's been a while but doesn't the screen pause slightly when it happens?
I know people complain about the difficulty but I was fine with what I experienced in it. I grew up in the 80s playing the original Mega Man games hahaha.
Hollow Knight. I know the new game is coming out tomorrow (?) but I just couldn't get into the way the game feels. I love Metroidvanias but something about Hollow Knight and it's gameplay just didn't make me come back for more.
I saw a report talking about if there's a "song of the summer" this year. A lot of people said there isn't because more than ever we're siloed to our own music library/playlists.
Personally, I spend a few hours a week actually looking for new artists to listen to. There's so much music out there just waiting to be discovered.
Social distancing was the most insane part? I just got COVID again last week and now I'm wishing whoever gave it to me was social distancing a bit more haha.
I recently came back from a trip to Japan and S Korea and ended up getting COVID on the plane ride back. This is my 2nd time getting COVID and I'm happy it's much more mild than the first time I had it back in 2022.
I'm traveling to Japan And South Korea this week. I'm looking forward to the trip but mostly excited for my wife who works way too hard and never treats herself to anything.
I subscribe to Deezer but use Deemix to download the FLAC files without DRM for my personal library. If the music you want is on Deezer, then you can download it.
Overall, fairly well. I set up Moonlight + Sunshine for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how well it ran on my network.
