So if you are forced to say a prayer to the Christian god but don't believe what you are saying, does that trick the god into thinking more people are praying to him?

The problem is that there are still too many people that believe in religion. I'd love to see the day when someone mentions religion as a way to justify what they are saying and everyone just laughs at them.
I agree. The longer we go without feeling the pain from the damage he is causing, the more damage will happen. It is similar to his Medicaid cuts not kicking in right away. Too much time will pass between the action and the negative effect caused by that action.
Stripping isn't a shameful profession. Treating it as such (by not telling your son) just perpetuates the idea that it is. Sure his friends may say something if/when they find out, but kids that age would react that way to anything around "sex" type issues. Best situation, this turns out to be an opportunity to educate him, his friends and others.
Wake up folks and see how religion is a great way for those in power to control you. Stop giving money to religious groups and religion loses all of its power.
