So if you kill yourself to go to heaven, that is a sin so you go to hell. On the other hand, if you do things to bring on the end times that’s okay. So is he saying in the first scenario you can’t fool god, but in the second you can. Time for a new god … or better yet, none at all.

Because the working class is still getting by. People won’t do anything that risks what they have even if it isn’t much. It will take enough people to feel like they have nothing to lose in order to start “eating the rich”.

Remember, the goal is to make money. Safety, quality, durability … nothing else matters.

Religious schools shouldn’t even be getting our tax dollars. Defund them all.

People will riot when they feel like they have nothing left to lose. Unfortunately, things have to get even worse and affect a very large number of people for us to reach that point. When you have nothing left to lose, you become very dangerous.

You don’t have to get married to share resources, just live together. Before you do, make sure the “sharing resources” is clearly spelled out and agreed to. Also check state laws to see if there is a minimum amount of time of living together when the home is both of yours (in that one can’t kick out the other). Some states will declare you married if you live together for a certain amount of time. Be aware of how your state handles that especially if you don’t want to be “surprised” married.

It seems she was okay with the security team having guns, but in general, not for the common person. In my mind, adapting to reality (and the 2nd amendment) she should be okay with both groups having guns. I think we (you and I) hold the same position on this.

Not privacy related, but … another double standard is that she is against guns yet her security team was armed at her wedding.

Speeding (driving faster) keeps one involved in driving. Poking along just dulls your senses especially on long trips. We’ve made driving too easy. It should be more difficult so that no one every thinks of multi-tasking (doing visual things on the phone) while driving.
