At the most the only thing that can be said is that the article says “could” and a law is “proposed”. That is already concerning but it is not reality yet at least.
I don’t know enough about Russian law if this maybe just means the guy told another guy while taking a piss in a toilet or if there was an official meeting and tomorrow it is voted on.

Manjaro for example. I also thought Garuda would be focused on stability but according to this article potentially no. So maybe just Manjaro, I do remember reading about something else like it though…
That’s… a weird take. There are variants of Arch that focus on stability, if that’s what you are after.
The at home tests are often still asking for nasal swabs but actually you can detect the virus in a mouth swab just as well.
At the company where I work we got provided free testing and over the pandemic period they transitioned the test from nasal to mouth swab with no issues.
Too bad we were ignorant enough not too have a Norwegian translator in our ranks, though the next civilised settlement is fully Norwegian. I don’t need to know Norwegian though to tell this guy is disrespecting us!
