  • Saying the terminology "left" and "right" stems from post french revolution is not the same as saying left and right politics stem from the french revolution. The latter is false while the former is right.

  • Liegt glaube ich daran, dass das eine Suggestivfrage war. Die ganzen LLMs sind so geschrieben, dass sie ihre Nutzer unterstützen. Wenn diese dann Fragen stellen, die die Antwort bereits enthalten (Suggestiv-Fragen), dann antworten LLMs fast immer mit Ja oder mindestens 80% Ja.

    Wenn nius einen Beitrag von einem Autor veröffentlicht, dann fällt das, soweit es nicht eine persönliche Äußerung desjenigen ist, unter die Pressefreiheit, nicht aber unter die Meinungsfreiheit. Damit sollten die Standards der Presse eingehalten werden, die sie sich freiwillig auferlegt haben. Günther fordert nur, dass diese Ethik-Standards gesetzlich geregelt sind. Das bedeutet in der Praxis für die meisten Medien gar nichts, da 95% der Medien nicht gegen die Standards verstoßen. Springer macht allerdings 90% aller Verstöße aus

  • If that were the case, chinese authorities would deminish the event by always citing this picture and saying it was staged. They aren't - they say it never happened - which is well documented and simply false. So whenever an authotarian regime doesn't pick up on something that is useful to them - it is untrue and would be easily disproven were there the need for it.

  • Just one thing to note for travelling in general. In Germany, but I believe this law is derived from EU legislation, there is this thing called Pauschalreiseverträge. Basically 2 or more travelling related things booked together, most often flights and accomadation.

    When those are applicable you have a very strong legal status. Your flight is delayed or cancelled? Not your problem, the travel agency has to find a way to fix that. Same for any other problem that might arise and that includes insolvent airlines natural disasters and so on.

    Basically if you want the most legally secure way of travelling, this is it. And there are a number of travel agencies in Germany alone
