Makes sense to me. I live in the middle of nowhere, and although my work isn't very far from my home, half the year it would be impossible to walk there without having snow up to my knees, falling on ice or getting drenched from rain.
It's not like we all supported him and then we all saw what he was doing and hated him.
About 25% of Americans Voted for Trump.
About 24.5% of Americans Voted for Harris.
The rest didn't bother to vote, or were ineligible (too young, non- citizen, convicted felon etc.)
He might have lost a few supporters from his actions on office, but the ones that voted for him are mostly still cheering him on, because he's telling them that he's doing a good job, and they don't question it because their team is "winning".
The rest of us who hated him, still hate him and want him removed ASAP, but he has enough money and powerful friends to keep him safe (for now).
It's true, it's also very disorienting for me when I encounter someone taller than me. It's not often that I have to look up at someone, so it feels VERY strange when I do.
I'd like to clue you in on why your post is so distasteful.
It wasn't until about 50 years ago when women were allowed to get their own credit card without her husband's permission. And before that, they weren't able to vote, own property, out divorce unless their man said it was ok. Women have been effectively powerless for 90% of history.
Now that women are legally viewed as individuals, some men find that offensive. They want to go back to owning their wives instead of forming an equal partnership with another person they love.
These people have told you that women do not deserve to be people, and have no doubt provided plenty of examples of women being cruel.
You have hyper focused on this ONE situation that effects less than 1% of the population. Meanwhile we have 700k homeless, 550k abused children, and a myriad of other problems in this world that, if solved, would make the world a better place for so many people, but you're worried about the ten men who are being a dad to someone else's offspring. Funny you don't mention mandatory paternity tests for the thousands of deadbeat dads who abandon the children they DO have.
People said the exact same thing about books, radio, TV, movies, video games and music.
You come up with some sort of arbitrary rating system. Any child with intent will find a way around it, and eventually they'll try to find a way to protect their kids from something else.
Just to be clear, I didn't mean that as an attack or insult. I've seen some of the other things that you've been posting, and it sounds like you're not in a good place right now.
We all have things we can't control, but a lot of times we don't realize how we may be sabotaging ourselves.
Changing some of your own habits may help you deal with your own reality in a better way.
We assume that everyone does the same things as us in an attempt to normalize our own toxic behavior, instead of realizing that's not normal and correcting it.
No doubt Trump was involved, but I'm iffy on this one. He asks if there's any alternative to calling Trump, so it's very likely he didn't make that call. There's a lot of smoking guns in there somewhere, but this ain't one of them.
