I've never been able to find a good answer to that question. I know there some differences in what exactly gets included (see the deuterocanonical books/apocrypha), so I don't think that it's ever been accepted, but I can't give a real source there.
Uh....no he doesn't. I know the point the that Johnson doesn't care about the Bible, only blowing Trump, but Catholics have a list of approved translations (linking here to the US Council of Catholic Bishops because Leo was a member before becoming Pope), and KJV isn't on it. King James VI & I is the one who commissioned it, and was notably not Catholic. KJV is like...the English Protestant translation...
Or, hear me out, include sales tax in the listed price. If a cheeseburger costs (ugh) $5, no one cares that $4.70 is going to McDonald's and $0.30 is going to sales tax, they just know they're paying $5.
Pope Leo is literally American, so presumably some US Catholics trust in his leadership and agree. Not all Catholics are like Cardinals Burke and Dolan.
He did both. Luke 4 has him reading in a temple specifically, and Mark 14:49 (and other places during the passion) Jesus specifically says "why didn't you come arrest me when I was teaching in the Temple?"
The specific place they are talking about, Gonghe County, is around 9,400 ft high (at least at the random point I picked within it off a map). The average height across the Tibetan Plateau is 14,800 ft, but that's an average, not a minimum.
Geez you can't jump scare me like that
