Back when I still played ranked in online games, I always felt like if I didn't have Don't Stop Me Now by Queen playing in the back of my head... I just wasn't in the right mood to play.
I'm not entirely sure that is "normal" though. We don't have to go back very far to reach a point where people would be making their own tools for their craft. I think this modern day is pretty abnormal in the grand scheme about not knowing how the things used actually work or is put together.
Then they put that massive TV so close to where they sit that it's just painful to actually watch anything on it because there is just no way you can get the entire image in your field of vision comfortably.
Maybe I am old, but I miss the days when people had some sense and bought TVs actually sized for the distance they will be sitting from it.
There's nothing feminist about them, they coopted the term to try and lend themself legitimacy. They're feminist in the same way that DPRK is democratic.
My distro is the best because I don't have the patience to try them all to see which is actually the best for me. Until my distro decides to do some silly decision that makes me think I should try another, I will stick to it.
or even worse than Reddit communities or Discord servers, they're facebook groups a lot of the time too. I feel like I can't find any association or organization for well, any sort of activity, without needing a fucking facebook account to be able to join their group on there.
I feel like the one thing preppers miss the necessity of often is social skills. If you're adept at befriending people and getting them to work together you're all going to be better off. We're all humans and working together is how we made what we have.
I recall having some firefox addon once upon a time to specifically remove youtube comments.
