You're being down voted but you're fucking right. I've worked tech support with SO many physicians, I can say with absolute 100% certainty that the vast majority of doctors do not give a single shit.
What really sealed the deal was when I started listening for hand washing when they'd left the bathroom.
Unfortunately this is me this winter. I have an ebike but no car, and my commute is 1h 15m every morning and evening in Minneapolis. I'm scraping by but the money for a car hasn't come together so I'm trying to get warm gear together. It sucks.
