It's the idea that one marginalized group could marginalize another group. I get they may not agree on intricate political ideas, but to be racist while being part of a group of people that is constantly treated as lesser for similar reasons... That baffles me.
I liked Wonderlands, even though it felt a bit short and wasn't really as funny or gritty as the first two.
Since BL 3, it's felt like the games devolved into a very childish humor, not in a clever way, but just an unfunny way.
Like, I know the first two games weren't the peak of intelligent humor, but at least it felt they were intentional about how they utilized less mature jokes.
And the gameplay and stories haven't been as good since BL2. Handsome Jack really stole the game in the best way.
I know for absolutely fucking sure I won't be at the proverbial "top" of society. But since I moved out of my parents house, I've slowly been making my way into a solid middle class, fairly comfortable position. I'm a dad, a husband, a typical working class American and I'm pretty satisfied right now.
So we'll see, I'll keep moving up, but I'm not going to break the middle of anything.
If you house the fascists and bigots, you become a house of fascists and bigots. It doesn't matter what the individual believes if they continue to give audience to those people. They become indistinguishable from them.
proudboys.com seems to be a dead site, so IDK if it's going to be available to buy.
Edit: I've just made the rash decision to purchase theproudboys.org and theproudboys.gay.
I guess I'll figure out the best way to design a resources page for LGBTQ+ folks. I'm not even LGBTQ+, but i figured this could be a good way to subvert those fascist assholes.
I've been really enjoying the Proton suite of mail, drive, and VPN. Don't use proton pass because I have to log in to sites from locked-down systems too often, but the aliases tool in Proton Mail is great.
(Not a paid shill, I pay proton because I want to get away from Google)
Personally, that's exactly what's happening to me. I've seen enough that AI can't be trusted to give a correct answer, so I don't use it for anything important. It's a novelty like Siri and Google Assistant were when they first came out (and honestly still are) where the best use for them is to get them to tell a joke or give you very narrow trivia information.
There must be a lot of people who are thinking the same. AI currently feels unhelpful and wrong, we'll see if it just becomes another passing fad.
I'm going to call it LEGOs even harder now.
