  • I'm a manager and I do not think like that at all. I want people with the right skillset who can do their job well without babysitting, and I strive to pay them as much I can with the budget.

  • No idea on what's needed with regards to paperwork/legal stuff, but if you can get over here then Brighton in the UK has a huge LGBTQ community and would be very welcoming of trans people.

  • I'm in the UK and it's totally normal here to have kids sitting on harbour walls catching crabs (crabbing) at any seaside town. I don't give it a second thought but it seems to fascinate foreign tourists.
