Not really trustworthy since they could easily have a company pay to have their products in the results plus there’s alternatives and other considerations depending on your buying preference like locally available if you need something today vs a better price.

Let’s say you drive 10k miles per year and you’re getting 20mpg that’s 500gal of fuel per year. If gas is $5/ gal that’s $2500 per year. Let’s say I can get a car that gets 40 miles per gallon. Over ten years I’m saving $12k so I’d need to spend less than $12k on a car in order to save money. Idk what the cost of electric is over the cost of gas but I know that I can’t get an electric car for less than $12k that isn’t going to need an expensive battery replacement in the near future.

Soon there will be ai management software which will track workers through cameras in order to judge their productivity levels. Nobody is safe.

I think that these big companies will crash and burn and llms will be like voice assistants. Basically a novelty. At this point too much data is in private hands and locked behind paywalls for an llm to be truly useful. For instance car repair and legal process are locked behind expensive subscriptions and frankly using an llm on a specialty like law, vehicle repair and medical is a horrible idea. An llm in those aspects might help steer you in the right direction but you still have to have expert knowledge.
