We all hope best for the people of Iran. If this turned out surprisingly well, I still couldn't give credit to the criminal US administration, as this is gambling with other people lives. I'd still be happy.
Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely this will turn out well.
Are we talking about the regime in Iran with its systematic arbitrary arrests, torture, enforced disappearances, and extrajudicial killings targeting political dissenters, journalists, ethnic minorities, women, and protesters? Are we talking about Iran, with it's structural repression where peaceful protesters are met with live ammunition, mass detentions, forced confessions, and sham trials. Families are threatened into silence. Lawyers who defend political prisoners are imprisoned themselves. Journalists are harassed, jailed, disappeared.
Iran where women who refuse compulsory veiling face beatings, imprisonment, public humiliation and death? Iran where The misogyny is literally codified into law?
Iran where ethnic and religious minorities are disproportionately targeted, surveilled, and silenced and killed. Prisoners are tortureed, abused, denied medical care. Executions are common and a spectacle meant to instill fear.
Are we talking about that Iran, a place where people jearn for a less terrifying country and then get slaughtered for that?
And then Iranian regime (and this article) calls them foreign agents. That Iran?
Like the other guy said, the second fetus was probably very small, so it's possible that it "vanished". But for sure there weren't two developed 7 month babies in the womb.
Cool! Awesome!
The flour can be tricky. Some of them can really ruin a bread or need some special process.
A couple of years ago I got into bread, but I decided to try to make the least complicated bread that tastes good. So to do that I stick to the same flour and make other little adjustments. Maybe I'll experiment more at some time 😁
Yep. Fediverse is in a bubble.
People in general have no feelings about it. They don't love it or hate it, they just use it.
They have joked about how it gets stuff wrong until like a year ago and that's an old joke now.
A lot of people here have passionate hatred about it and they project that it someone doesn't hate it as much, they must love it. But the largest majority have no feelings towards it. It's just a tool, useful for some things, not as useful for others, that's it.
That's pretty interesting!
It's not mildly interesting 😐
