  • I started with subcutaneous but after some time it wasn't putting a dent on creatinine levels so I went to intravenous once a week, but then he developed phlebitis, so I changed to once every two weeks and alternating between front and back legs (he is not dehydrated btw). He won't eat anything but Churu now, and I will never introduce another cat to Churu because they go crazy and then you can't give anything else lol - I tried cheaper local brands, other cats absolutely loved when he didn't even try so I gave it to them :PI have another cat with kidney problems and she is on a low phosphorus diet already, but him? He doesn't even try to taste it

  • Churu is the fucking real deal. I have this cat that has already lost a kidney and the other is very bad, he was very very skinny and I tried all kinds of treats and tasty things for him to eat, he spent three days getting IV fluids in the vet and the vet said he liked Churu so I bought it... anyway, this was three years ago, the last time we did a blood test and his creatinine wouldn't fall below 5. He is still alive, the motherfucker is even chubby, he is moved by Churu, I think he is only alive so he can have more Churu, we give him from 4 to 7 everyday... I don't even dare to do a blood test again, how he has no clinical symptoms of his severe kidney failure after so many years and still has shining fur is crazy

  • Very common in Brazil: Rosa, Margarida, Jasmim/Yasmin, Lívia, Íris.

ps: Margarida is Daisy and Lívia is Lily.

  • Yes, I agree, this Homer guy completely lacks decorum by seeing some stranger celebrating and trying to interrupt and censor it. Like, how do you just barge into someone's conversation and try to rule how it has to proceed? Very rude indeed.

  • yes

  • Well, there's no following here, there are just people who create posts way too often in too many communities, so you see them all the time - like cm0002, I also see a lot of Deceptichum and LadyButterfly but not as much as cm0002

  • this shit is so old, but old fuck should be sucking dick and balls instead of policing how people celebrate anyway

  • About games hard to run, back on Win7 I couldn't get Dark Colony installer to run with any compatibility mode (luckily, you can run the game just by copying the files from the CD). StarCraft had some graphics issue but just on menus (I think on Win10 as well), and I couldn't play Outwars at all (although GOG version has some fix for modern Windows). A GOG game I bought that I couldn't run on modern windows was Slave Zero.

  • Jagged Alliance, Commandos, Fallout :)

ps: no idea how original versions are hard to run nowadays, even though I have JA and FO CDs, it's been like 10 years since I last had a CD drive, I just bought them again on GOG :P

  • fucking hell, I really thought it was a satire, but what’s really scary is how many absolute morons are ready to get behind it.

  • This doesn't answer who is that Dem presidential candidate who isn't in Israel's pocket… perhaps Paperboy Love Prince?

  • I mean, it's right in the name, took them long enough to demand your face for their book.

  • In one of the tests my cousin, with very Latina facial features, took in the USA, she was asked how many generations of her family had a college degree, and she said four. They took her to another room to ask if she understood the question.

  • And who was that blue button for?

  • That's awesome!MobyGames is a collective database active since 1999. Years ago I was looking for a "letterboxd for games" and others like backloggd and rawg were missing a lot of stuff and had poor info about releases and so (I never checked again, so they might be better now). At the time MobyGames seemed like the best one, there is a lot of very obscure releases there, but I don't know if other databases are more complete.

  • There were also a lot of collection packs in the middle but I was too lazy to count and exclude them :PBut even if they released just roms instead of physical media, wouldn't you still be able to play on the actual hardware using Everdrive or something?

  • So I did a quick search on MobyGames looking for new release since 2020, and:

    • Atari 2600: 10 new games
    • Atari ST: 7 new games
    • DOS: 33 new games
    • Commodore 64: 55 new games
    • NES: 72 new games
    • SNES: 12 new games
    • Gameboy: 42 new games
    • Gameboy Advanced: 9 new games
    • Master System: 6 new games
    • Genesis: 49 new games
    • Dreamcast: 23 new games

I believe those are the most active

  • So, have you guys watched that The Outer Limits episode The Architects of Fear?

edit: I guess not. It's about creating a monster that can unite the world [against it]
