I think it might fall more on "be clean" than fall asleep. If it is hot at night then you are sweating during the day - full stop - it might not be a lot, or for long periods, but you are getting smelly.

You can't honestly expect everyone to understand how to do these things.
If you really wanted to "promote the cause" then you would just host a JellyFin/Plex/Kodi/Whatever.
