You first have to define what social media is without meaning nearly everything. Forums already did all the social stuff. What they did not do was having an algorithm distribute content (except maybe newest firstor 'hot' first).
We don't need to ban social media, we need to enforce rules an serving content as far as I see it.
He cannot force her to wear anything, but as the experienced climber he can deny the tour/guidance. If you have the skill, but neglect to use them in human fashion, that makes it more than an accident.
For people that don't like Discord, this change does probably nothing. I only start it when I need it. I do basic communication,I don't buy anything and I don't follow 18+ content.
For all purposes this change just decreases the likelihood of accidentally seeing pr0n.
I expected a really bad take, but this is not it. HL2 has strength, but the story is not it. It's okay, but I want you to remember that the ending of HL2 is just not good - neither to 'boss fight' nor the deus ex machina ending.
Even the gameplay gets boring when you have the "op" gravity gun.
I prefer HL1 to HL2. The physics riddles are not hard either and I think Stratholm is only "horror" for people with no xp in Survival Horror games.
Similiar, I studied "media computer science" - it was just c.s. but with a focus multimedia and multimedia interaction.
People joke, that everything with "media" is just a light degree, but the focus was very much on how humans interact with computers ,how humans interact with humans via computers and how the average human engages their work goal via computers.
Not having your user be your sworn enemy and cosplaying as a user helps with creating less shut software in less iteration.
They did strong changes to music and visual design - a lot more than preservation, mucj closer to "Who shot first?" in Star Ward.
