Honestly, when folks at my job complain about Gen z work ethic, I just think....fuck man, why WOULD they. Like I'm old I get that I have to work to keep my community afloat based solely on principle and a desire to live in a moderately decent place but they don't have decades of experience to teach them that. All they see is any opportunity for growth squashed more and more every day.... Like why would they care? How could they motivate to even try?
