  • Wow. Gorgeous.

  • I think both are kind of donkey shit, but TOTK is, clearly, better.

  • Good

  • They really fucked up. I can't afford to replace my HARDWARE to suit Windows.

  • Such a shame. Anyway, I guess we'll have to live with the consequences of technology.

  • It's a negative feedback loop. There is a good chance programmers asking questions NEED the answer (homework, work-work) so they don't risk asking in low pop forums, making the forum low pop because there are no questions.

  • Look out with talk like that! You need to GLAZE this [popular thing].

  • State department drumming up an environment of fear just like they did after 9/11. I'll believe it when I see it.

  • No reasononable person would believe these are police. Not guilty.

  • Alright, so is a cake a sandwich?

  • Is that the definition of a sandwich, or is there something about 'sanwhich' that transcends its constituent parts? Could 'sandwich' be a cluster of different properties that, when considered as a whole, become 'sandwhich'? I think to get to the heart of this 'sandwhich' question, we need not look at the sandwhich but instead at 'cake'. What is 'cake' and do those propertie exclude sandwhich? What common aspects do cake and sandwhich have, and are both of those elements essential?

  • Do you think they should, also, drink a lot of water?

  • I envy you and wish I could see games through your eyes.

  • They do make games that good, hence the comparison.

  • I don"t know if it's in question that open world isn't the cheapest way to make a game. It really is. You can make a series of discrete challenges without really needing to take time to consider context or even put any set pieces together. You create mechanics, and you let players create their own fun. I will concede that I am MOSTLY disparaging BOTW.

  • Breath of the Wild was basically a Ubisoft game with a Zelda coat of paint.

  • Probably everytbing put out by Nintendo in a long time. Yes, even that one. That one, too.

  • I disagree, and I think open world games are basically the cheapest way to pump a game out. Game development has stagnated, and basically, everything Nintendo releases is a testament to that. Indie games are basically the only realm in which real game design is happening.
