    They've got ~60% more inventory than sales (6k sold).

    For comparison Rivian has 400% more sales than inventory. (14k sold).

    This should be plenty of data to conclude how popular the Cybertruck actually is.

    It's very simple, American Auto Companies are loan companies, not auto manufacturers.

    Why would they produce a $10k go-kart with a useable bed when they can get people to finance a $110k SUV at 18% APR?

    It's not about oil, or other resources, or even labor and tooling.

    It's just much more profitable to put you into debt.

  • I remember seeing a video from inside a waymo waiting to make a left against traffic.

    It turned the wheel before moving, in anticipation of the turn. Which is normal for most drivers I see on the road.

    It's also the exact opposite of what you should do for safety and legality.

    Keep the wheel straight until you're ready to move, turning the wheel before the turn means that if someone rear ends you, you get pushed into traffic, not along your current lane.

    It's the social norm, not the proper move.
