  • You have to redesign chips for another companies process, right?

  • Book reference is "The Colour Of Magic" by the Kate Sir Terry Pratchett.

  • They do have the first 3! the battery is a let down though. Well, also the fact that water got into the camera...

Waiting for the phones with the EU mandated replaceable battery.

  • I get the boards, they are meant to be cheap!

Something g like this should should be better?

  • 'functional' is stretching it I think, were they not on the edge of defaulting again?

Not that they might not be still, I haven't seen apolitical economic info on them recently.

  • I got mine for the camera, support duration and no bloatware (other thing google's)

I don't really understand why phones need to keep getting more powerful, I don't see any new killer features, just give me a bigger damn battery!

  • So apparently the usb-C power input doesn't work as a display out?

  • That requires you to buy all your music though, for those (like me) that own basically nothing, it's crazy to change.

They need to force the free streaming of owned tracks or something. Qobuz allows this I think, but only if you buy through them.

  • That game is damn good as a coop game!

  • It's one of those things, that if done well, in a privacy respecting way, would be awesome!

.... But they don't want it to be privacy respecting.....

  • Does the article actually list the target altitude for this version?

I think I was imagining something much higher. You're probably right.

  • My office uses hot desking. You get a monitor, with a usb-C docking station with a cheap dell mouse and keyboard.

I could see this working in that situation if you want a good keyboard/mouse. You can't easily take it to a meeting room to take notes though....

  • I guess that if you have a usb-c monitor in multiple locations, you can just carry a keyboard and mouse....

Cool, but not sure if it's useful. Someone will buy it though.

  • A wind turbine automatically feathers. Why can't the airship automatically raise and lower itself?

With modern forecasting, getting it's height right shouldn't be too hard?

  • The bottom is going to be armoured to an extent against bottoming out the car etc, so harder to do that (and have it be water/salt proof) through the floor I guess?

Having your battery eject itself because of a sensor failure while driving at 70mph would be exciting to everyone involved though!

  • One thing to understand is that getting fitter sucks. But give it a few months and what originally sucked is now your warm up and actually quite enjoyable.

  • If you want to start running, look at the couch to 5k app for a safe and sustainable way into it. I would still much prefer running outside if you can though!

For everything else there, make sure you understand how to use it, then focus on improving; keep a log (mental or actual) of what you do, and always try to improve on at least one thing.

Fat loss is all about calories in being less than calories out. You will want to eat more after exercise, resist that if you want to lose weight.
