我来了。你是谁?

  • The guitar intro to Money for Nothing is reminding me of the guitar intro to Welcome to the Machine

  • Might be your settings or permissions

  • Boost sends me notifications on replies

  • Bulky

    • Nedroid
    • Questionable Content
  • Recharge the phone for a few minutes and then check again, it will be there. That's what happened to me and also to my friend.

  • That worked, the phone is updating now. It's the first time I've had to do it manually. Thanks

  • Google Pixel @lemmy.world

Pixel 9 pro fold update to android 15?

  • Hello Boozilla, I had a couple weeks to reflect and I realize I overreacted . Sorry about that. Cheers to you.

  • Recently I stumbled upon a weather app that provides what I need:

    • Displays current temperature in the status bar AND updates it (other apps I tried would not update it unless I manually opened the app)
    • Offers a widget that I can actually resize to fit the right spot on my home screen.
    • Actually updates the widget without me having to manually refresh it.
    • Displays the weather in my notifications list
    • Lets me turn off any features I don't need.
    • Lets me customize what information is displayed in what order.
    • Let's me pick the weather data source
    • No ads
    • Free

As a bonus, it has a beautiful visual design

It's called Weawow, and I found it on the play store after trying several other weather apps over the past few months.

Now I just glance at my phone and have the info I need.

  • Clothing and towels made with asbestos fabric. During the middle ages you could clean them by throwing them in the fire and they would come out clean. Eventually your lungs would give up on you but for a while you had a very cool way to impress your guests.

  • I checked two more computers after reading your reply (first time setups) and they all have autoplay off, so I remain skeptical of what you stated.

There are so many trolls and misinformation floating around.

As far as I have seen with those "fresh" installs, your information is not matching the reality here, so I'm moving on to other sources.

  • I just checked a freshly installed Windows 11 and the autoplay is off by default.

Were you trying to get upvotes just for the fun of it??

  • I just checked a freshly installed Windows 11 and the autoplay is off by default.

So to follow up on the value of your question: People react loudly without checking what they react about. It's enough for them to get a few online upvotes in a world where they don't matter otherwise.

So to follow up on the point you are trying to make: People are illiterate because they react loudly without checking what they react about. It's enough for them to get a few online upvotes in a world where they don't matter otherwise.

  • I'd like to try that. How do you get to that settings?

  • I left mine to none, I wonder if it's doing anything

  • Google Pixel @lemmy.world

"Default caller ID and spam app" set to none?

  • I have had a pixel 8 for a year and I never had any of the issues you describe. Hopefully you just had a lemon and the new one will work fine for you.

Several reboots on the first day is what I see too because the phone is updating itself to the latest version and patches.

    Soon it will be stable.
