  • People will always be happy to stay home. you might as well get mad at the sky for being blue, and Palestine is going about how i'd expect regardless of who's in office. You think harris was suddenly gonna change face, put on a cape, and swoop in to protect all of the orphans from colonizers? I'd actually expect her and Europe to be on board with the colonizations plans had she won.

  • I was always kinda hopin' Canada would annex us instead.

  • hmm. People thought the same thing about the covid antivaxxers dying in record numbers. It didn't seem to matter much 4 years later.

  • Many of these Cubans and Cuban Americans voted Trump because they hate Cuba and communism.

It's always blown my mind that this crowd doesn't understand what communism is. They just know they hate it.

  • hilarious!

  • you never answered my questions. I asked you first.

secondly, I voted for Claudia De La Cruz and prior to that I voted for Howie Hawkins

  • ooh, accusing me of being a "russian asset." that's original, now that you know I don't see things your way. Let me make it simple. Your vote is the main declaration of your support. So, yes if you voted Democrat then you don't just "barely support" a candidate but instead you Acutely "support" them. The only way to be more supportive is to make large monetary donations

-Also by your logic my vote went to Republicans. By that same logic Do you think the Liberterian voters also support Trump or do you think the anti-government gun-nuts also owe the Democrats their support? Wait I know, by voting third party in 2020 I helped save democracy for Biden and the Democrats since they won. Good thing they solved all, er some, well none of the problems that led to trump getting into office.

  • lol. thank you. I will. Maybe it will encourage you guys to come up with more of a winning strategy since you seem so disappointed about your candidates lack of support.

  • contrary to popular belief the numbers don't support you argument. Would-be Dem supporters went to Trump. Third-party voters OTOH owe you nothing. They aren't in your party, and I'd rather vote for who I want, and lose instead of voting for who I adamantly don't want and win. Since winning isn't my immediate end-goal, however, I'm highly unlikely to vote for a right-wing party candidate regardless.

  • I remember when Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton ran presidential campaigns utilizing that same mentality.

As it turns out, it was a losing strategy.

  • Go far enough left and you get your guns back.

  • wdym? facebook automatically showed us it used facial recognition at least as far back as 2007 by asking us to click boxes on faces and subsequently asking us to label them... We really did all of the heavy lifting for them. -I got out while i could in ~2018

  • in fairness we've had a lot of shitty presidents do a lot of shitty things over the past 50 years.

  • arresting members of past administrations? yeah, okay. I'm in.

  • 200,000, that's almost an entire suburb of LA!

  • it's gotta be the Marriott points that don't expire that keeps them coming back.

  • never had an epic account. never will.

  • Also, once a quarter at least, someone was working on a document shared to the by an employee who just quit, so we have to frantically ‘unfire’ someone’s account so the suddenly missing document can be retrieved.

I imagine that's mostly a concern for admins and less so for the end-user.
